Clyvero uses WooCommerce to operate the online store and checkout system.

Customer account registration is currently disabled. Orders are placed using guest checkout.
4. PayPal
PayPal is currently the payment method accepted through our checkout.
When PayPal is used, payment information is processed by PayPal according to PayPal's own privacy practices and applicable terms.
We may receive transaction information from PayPal that is necessary to confirm payment, process an order, handle a refund, or maintain transaction records.
Clyvero does not need to receive or store a customer's complete PayPal account credentials in order to process an order through PayPal.
5. Contact Form 7
Our Contact Us page currently uses Contact Form 7 to allow visitors and customers to send messages to customer support.
Information submitted through the contact form may include your name, email address, message, and any other information entered into the form.
Contact messages are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, provide customer support, maintain appropriate records, or address a related issue.
6. Website Hosting
Clyvero is hosted using services provided by Namecheap.
Website hosting providers may process technical information necessary to operate, secure, maintain, back up, and deliver the website and its services.
7. Shipping Providers
When an order requires shipment, the information necessary to deliver the order may be provided to the applicable shipping or delivery service.
This may include the recipient's name, delivery address, phone number where required, and order-related shipping information.
Shipping information is shared only as reasonably necessary to arrange, manage, or investigate delivery of an order.
8. Cookies
The website may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for WordPress and WooCommerce to operate features such as the shopping cart, checkout, session management, website security, and other essential website functions.
We do not currently use a separate cookie-consent platform.
If we later enable analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking technologies, we will update our privacy and cookie information as appropriate before or when those technologies are activated.
9. Analytics and Advertising Technologies
Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, the Google advertising tag, and Meta Pixel are not currently active on Clyvero at the effective date of this Privacy Policy.
If these or similar analytics or advertising technologies are enabled in the future, this Privacy Policy and any applicable cookie-consent information will be updated to describe their use.
10. Google Merchant Center
Google Merchant Center and related Google shopping services are not currently described here as active customer-tracking technologies.
If Google services are later connected in a way that changes how visitor or customer information is collected, used, or shared, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
11. Email Marketing
Clyvero does not currently operate a newsletter or promotional email-marketing program.
Customer email addresses provided during checkout or customer support interactions are currently used for transactional, order-related, or support purposes rather than a separate marketing subscription program.
